A couple of early wickets for the Foxes from Josh Hull and Tom Scriven. However, two very talented and experienced players in Smith and Pope have put together a nice partnership. Key will be to break it early in the afternoon session!

@Joe_Nuttall9 Agreed, I was really surprised last week as he was on fire in pre-season. I feel they need to find a way to get him in the side, whether for another batter or by leaving a bowler out.

@TheFox_LCCC Really surprised it’s Sol who misses out of the XI because I really think he was key to how Leicestershire played last season

Two changes to the side, happy with both of them. Part of me still wants to see Budinger let loose in Division One too, but it’s hard to slot him in. Big games for Patel and Hill imo!
