@creepydotorg I’ve worked in criminal law for several years and have lost faith in the ability of incarceration to rehabilitate anyone, although it may be necessary in some cases. To be fair, these parents acted with common sense and could never have expected the kid to die on the first day.

The parents of a 17-year-old boy in New Zealand denied his bail, hoping a night in custody would “scare him straight” and teach him a lesson. Sadly, he was beaten and strangled to death in a prison van by a violent adult inmate during transport.

@ma1ybe Weddings are a time for spouses and family. Kids are parts of family and marriage is ment to be the start of a brand new family. So many people on here have lost the plot on what marriage is supposed to mean.

@patmcculloch @ma1ybe Wedding are a time for the spouses and the family! I cant ever imagine my Wedding without my nieces and nephews their, because they are family. So many people on here saying that a Wedding isn't a place for kids is fundamental missing the idea of what marrage in the first place.
