Hair up or hair down? People ask why I have #dreadlocks. Because Black children & adults are still discriminated for their natural hair in employment & schools. Hopefully they can use me as an example to say โ€œif Antoine can report the news with his hair in locks, why canโ€™t i?โ€

Where is the accountability? Schools can impose any hair rules on pupils, even racist ones! @educationgovuk ... make 'appearance' policies statutory so you can protect pupils. Schools... look at @TheHaloCode and sign up. Schools... celebrate #BigHairAssembly with @worldafroday
