Tom Brady shares how belief carried him from overlooked to legendary. Backup quarterback on an 0-8 freshman team and he couldn't even get on the field. "I always had a lot of belief in myself. If you don't believe in yourself, why do you think those guys who are looking at you are gonna believe in you?" "When you step in that huddle, they better look at you and go, 'Man, that guy's ready to get the job done.' 'Cause if they don't see that, they're gonna start questioning." Doubt is contagious. So is belief. Your team is watching. They read your body language and your presence before you ever say a word. You have to believe in who you are, what you do, and what you bring.
