We need in-game voice chat. A lot of players could benefit from it, especially those who regularly play with random teammates. Not everyone has the luxury of coordinating with friends or waiting for their squad to be online at random times throughout the day. Adding game chat would help create better spacing, improve team communication, and make overall gameplay more organized. It could also help reduce some of the ball-hogging tendencies by encouraging players to communicate and work together more effectively. Maybe that's wishful thinking, but having the option would certainly help level the playing field for solo and casual players.
