I’m not a complainer & I never do this, but my experience with the @TheShadeStore has been horrible. Missed deadlines, zero accountability, and among the very worst follow through I’ve experienced, especially for a company that promotes a “premium” service. Buyer beware.

@TheShadeStore The worst customer experience I’ve had. Installed only a year ago (and what a disaster that was), the chain broke and it’s taken a month to get an appt. And day of my appt- nobody shows! Been on hold to your corporate offices and nobody picks up.
