scene 44 inside sunjae's car + sunjae's van (day) sunjae gets into the car, looking overwhelmed. he grabs the steering wheel instead of starting the engine, lowers his head, and rests his forehead on his hands. his breath trembles as he deeply exhales. it feels like a dream, and he can't contain his overwhelming emotions... for a while, he tries to calm himself with controlled breaths in that position. when his phone rings, he finally picks it up slowly. 👤 hyung. i'm heading to your place. come down in 30 mins. 💙 dongseok-ah...is this perhaps a dream? 👤 (driving) did you just wake up? (pauses, then gasps) are you still with her? your first love? 💙 .... it's not a dream then (looks up at sol's apartment again) dongseok-ah, the schedule. it can't be canceled, right? 👤 are you crazy? 💙 (sighs regretfully) i'm outside. i'll go straight to the salon. meet me there. (starts the engine)
