After seeing all the mixed feedback and passionate conversations about MW2019...
I challenge you to put yourselves in the shoes of the developers.
Every decision you make will make a large group of people upset, no matter what. How do you decide on which decisions to make?
You can either use the stats, raw data, and player numbers to see what gives the best results through facts and stats.
And/or you could make decisions based on your creative vision or theming and style for what the game could be.
No matter what you do, you are going to make some "game-ruining" decisions for some group of people. A whole bunch of people are going to be upset no matter what.
What's the "right" answer?
We all have our own unwavering beliefs as to what COD is or isn't, but that's clearly not the same across all players.
You can't make everyone happy. But who do you decide to disappoint?
I genuinely don't know.

We should learn to reject the premise of some criticism.
Covid is over and the game is about to beat BF6's player numbers.
Circumstance rarely matter when it comes down to what people are willing to spend hours of their time on.

Modern Warfare 2019 was insanely popular because of the pandemic where everyone wanted to something to play and Warzone just launched. The first few months of MW2019 was people complaining and hoping for a big game changing update.

MW2019 is a top 5 CoD imo
the love that went into the weapons, the Damascus grind, the campaign, & it welcomed a whole bunch of new players
super divisive and DEFINITELY has its flaws, but i could never hate that game :') 💙
