For male prisoners, rape is permissible, dedicated to Allah, and performed with other agents who ensure no enjoyment to avoid sin. It must cause maximum pain, often leading to severe injury or death. These practices are common in Iran’s prisons, including Kahrizak and Evin, per reports and testimonies.
