I will be forever thankful of the day that AI can do timesheets and expense reports for me.

While helpful, attribution of the thinking/work is a challenge that I find with the portfolio approach. Think a paid consulting project / freelancing for a time would probably be best. But must be difficult to standardize rates AND it take a while to set up paying 2 or 3 finalist candidates.

lord, thank you. thank you because man. it’s crazy to really look back on a year ago today because when i tell you i was in a dark place. seemed like everything from the outside was going so well, but in reality, this time last year was by far the closest attempt i had to ending everything. everything i had worked for to that point was going to be gone. i was sluggish, unhealthy, felt hated and really had no idea what to feel. as most know by now, i've been pretty vulnerable with my struggles with depression for a few years now but thanks to the man above, i’m healthier and happier than ever. therapy has definitely been a major life changer and helped me open my eyes to much more than i ever thought. taking time away was the biggest blessing because looking where i was then and now, lightyears away from each other. if you’re going through it, i hope you know that God might now be there when you want but he’s ALWAYS on time. i love you all. we’re still pushing and we’re gonna keep pushing. g r a t i t u d e

Does an intense halftime speech improve performance? With basketball teams, researchers found an Inverted-U relationship with the intensity of the speech and performance. There was a Goldilocks of just the right amount of intensity.

I'm a bit of a data nerd and I ❤️ this new report on women's sports from @Wasserman and @espnW . My biggest takeaway was the impact of Title IX. Growing the opportunities, fandom and participation for women's sports at the collegiate level is having exponential impact. 🤯 Prior to Title IX: 3.7% of girls played sports. Today: 40% of girls are now actively participating in sports 🎉 🎉 🎉 Granted, it's been a couple of decades, but it shows that changing the rules matters.

@ryanstephens This just broke my brain. I love it. Dream forward instead of dreaming backwards.

Perspective matters. If you're 35, it's easy to wish you were 25 again, but what does that accomplish? You can't change the last 10 years. Instead, picture yourself at 85 and that you just magically woke up at 35. Now, make the next 50 years count.

Also circling Dec 3 to see if Fred Warner can do this against Philly. If he stops their tush push, we need to just give him a medal.
