@joeyferg Bruce Cassidy can manage young players, it maybe tough love but he plays them instead of giving veterans the long minutes, like Berube and DeBoer, preferring his young players to play their way out of their mistakes... Plus his teams have a balanced offense and defensive approach

@joeyferg Thats ok DeBoer isn't great at managing young players and prefers to play veterans, so DeBoer is just a skinnier Berube. For a team like the Leafs especially next season with the potential of a quick refurbishing/retooling still on the table, they're going to have younger players
