Wagmipad NFT holders, forming the core community, possess the authority to vote & curate on which projects get listed while also assessing the projects' credibility beforehand.
This community involvement ensures that every member can contribute to vetting upcoming projects, aiming to list only those of high quality with legitimate teams on Wagmipad.
By incorporating the due diligence endeavors of the community, Wagmipad team, and Berachain OGs, we create 3 tiers of curation. This thorough approach enhances the credibility assessment of listed projects, providing a more resilient evaluation process that isn't solely dependent on a single party.
The collective power to select top-tier projects not only ensures a smooth investment experience and improved risk management but also holds the potential for high returns thanks to the community's diligent efforts.

Over the past 7 years since ICOs and token sales gained popularity in 2017, there has been little to no advancement in launchpad mechanisms, apart from Balancer's introduction of the innovative LBP (Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool). However, this stagnation was disrupted with the emergence of Wagmipad's novel innovation known as LPO (Liquidity Provision Offering).
LPO introduces an innovative strategy that utilizes Berachain's Proof-Of-Liquidity by employing BGT emissions to purchase IDO projects at their list price. The acquired tokens are subsequently distributed back to the LP providers proportionally. With this mechanism, aside from impermanent losses through liquidity provision, LP providers bear minimal risk in participating in token sales.
Take Project A as an example, aiming to list on Wagmipad and raise $100,000. Following the three layers of curation, Wagmipad LP providers voted and decided to allocate $20,000 from the WagmiFarm to invest in Project A. Remarkably, even before the fundraising IDO commences, Project A has secured 20% of its targeted fundraising. Now, what about the remaining $80,000? Well, Wagmipad NFT holders will enjoy exclusive privileges with a 100% whitelist and allocation to participate in Project A's token sale.
To maintain consistent BGT emissions to the WAGMI-BERA LP, we've devised a strategic plan. Collaborating with our esteemed partners Kodiak and Beradrome, we've implemented a process to ensure continuous voting power channels the BGT emissions toward our LP. This involves staking the WAGMI-BERA LP to the Beradrome gauge and burning oBera to gain voting power & bribe the gauge. Simultaneously, we bolster our LP position by staking $WAGMI to Kodiak, leveraging the emissions of $KDK to secure additional BGT emissions.
This combination of the flywheel and trifecta forms what we call "Ferris Wheel Synergy," the heart of Wagmipad's distinction among other launchpads in the space, leveraging Berachain's Proof-Of-Liquidity to its fullest potential.
