@Top100Rick If playing in the Inverness area, Fortrose & Rosemarkie is a gem. If playing in the East Lothian area, Kilspindie. And make the effort to go to Goswick (an hour south). 100% worth it.

Planning my Scotland trips for next year. Give me some hidden gem golf course ideas! Can’t be b-sides, I know them already. I need unreleased material. Talking live recordings from some bar before they were big type golf courses.

@HancockAnalysis Absolutely agree with you. He’s a bright, grounded and highly professional coach that’s both young enough to resonate with the players but experienced enough to stick with his methods through good times and bad. As for the working vs middle-class dynamic, Pompey is a healthy mix.

I actually thing it’s a benefit. With Danny Cowley you had a man who was completely aligned with the culture and values of the people of Portsmouth - arguably to a fault, being slightly over emotional Mousinho’s ice-coolness brings such a level of calm, it’s crucial. 2/2

I saw someone on a forum raise the interesting point about Mousinho’s ‘fit’ in relation to the culture of Portsmouth, and how they perceive his middle-class stoicism to be slightly at odds with our working-class culture 1/2 #Pompey

@KylePorterCBS @TyrrellHatton Oh Tyrrell. Tyrrell Tyrrell Tyrrell. First, the bird. Secondly, the stamp-snapped iron at the last. Hopefully thirdly, you get banned for a tournament or two as a reminder that golf is bigger than you are.

Not everyone is a fan of the Open fans this week. Tyrrell Hatton gives the finger to somebody in the gallery.

Nobody loves Mr. Nicklaus more than me, but I may have played the gastrointestinal card if Jack kept rolling through his CV...

Good luck to the US and GB&I teams in the @WalkerCup! There's no greater privilege than to represent your country and the great game of golf. Leave everything you have on the course but also leave with new friendships, and a belief that you played in the spirit of goodwill! @USGA

@TyrrellHatton Tell you what. Why don’t you throw some clubs over the next few days, swear a bit and really make a good impression on the kids watching you.

@iaincartergolf And, surprise surprise, he’s just done it again on 12. Childish, petulant, yet will explain it away as ‘just the way I am.’ The message it sends to kids starting out in golf is appalling. @TyrrellHatton I can only hope, one day, you change your ways.

Hatton butchering his club into the turf is not a good look. Can’t have players damaging the playing surface like that.

One caveat - don’t expect the stars to be on particularly energetic form. I’ve just realised that I’ve agreed to do this chat at 1am UK time. Its currently 10.50pm and look at the state of them.

@TyrrellHatton What a surprise seeing @TyrrellHatton being petulant on the golf course again. One bad wedge, throws and then kicks the offending club. Perfect role model for the kids. Thank you so much.

Very well put. Viable companies need to be given every opportunity to make it through this crisis and succeed into the future.

@TyrrellHatton @APinv Picturing parents all over the country switching the TV off the last 6 to avoid their kids seeing your typical on-course petulance. Assuming @marcleish wins this thing, watch his composure & behaviour and learn something.

We are, once again, very proud to be powering the risk model that underpins the Pension Protection Fund levy. People work very hard for very many years; it’s imperative that their workplace pensions are secure, well funded and well managed. #ppf #dnb lnkd.in/eAAzKCR
