It’s always great to get out to the more rural areas of Moray, particularly in this nice weather. If elected as Moray’s MSP I will make sure our rural communities are never forgotten.

The Scottish Conservatives would create a fund dedicated to compensating farmers for damage caused by wildlife.

My final question in Parliament was on health and I asked constituents what they wanted me to raise. There were so many concerns, and talking of big savings only heighten them. So I asked what guarantees could be given to ensure patients finally get the care they deserve.

Even for an April Fools’ Day joke, this is utterly tone deaf when eight real ferries are out of service as a result of the SNP’s inability to build new vessels on time. The @ScotTories would ensure ferries are built on time and on budget.

The SNP Government's latest funding announcement as part of their Rural Support Plan shows real-terms cuts of about £250m for the sector. The SNP have chosen to let down rural Scotland and I questioned them on it last week.

I have massive concerns that the SNP Government's decision to ban renewables objections via email will see tens of thousands thrown out. It seems extraordinary that ministers would seek to close down the most convenient and practical method of communication.

If the SNP are so proud of their Rural Support Plan, why did they leave it until the last minute so it cannot be scrutinised by Parliament? The plan leaves out crucial information and confirms years of real terms cuts.
