2023 was a rollercoaster, from having to skip 4 months of training due to health issues to getting back on track without overdoing things (aka not training 7 days a week 🤣). Also passed 10 years since I first started, currently sitting at +66 lbs since then 😊

@TimmenRS Honestly idek what did it specifically, I did chest on Monday and didn’t feel it until the next day, finally saw doctor yday and she said I just gotta lay off it until it doesn’t hurt basically. Biggest issue is when my boobies bounce going downstairs it’s like I’m being stabbed
