It takes a special kind of stupid to admit in writing that your anaesthetic department is only ‘currently’ following guidelines for the provision of safe anaesthesia, *while under scrutiny*. And to admit too that future RCoA guidelines may just be ignored, if inconvenient? 🤦🏻‍♂️

@oliverdevine @ELHT_NHS And no an online portfolio won’t cut it. Neither trainees nor supervisors truly believe this evidences competencies unless tick boxing is the sole requirement of a doctor.

A trust (not my main trust) hasn’t paid me for some locum work I did for them three months ago. The work is worth over two grand pre tax, and I’m getting to my wits end. What are my options here?
