@GoogleMyBiz I hate to bump you again @GoogleMyBiz but all the links you sent me for the Google Map review management were for the same tool that we're using already to try and remove the obviously fake reviews, but they keep pouring in. Is there any way to escalate this higher up??

Sucks to be a successful realtor -- lately somebody's been spamming our Google Maps profile with 3 and 4 star reviews, bringing our average down to 4.6. @GoogleMyBiz we've been a paying customer for years and have put in multiple requests for removals -- can you help us out??

@GoogleMyBiz We have been reporting them left and right. These are all new accounts with little to no reviews, and the few reviews they have are all similar to the ones on my page. A lot of these are pending but have no movement on your guys end.
