@0x49fa98 @The_WGD I honestly find this applies to much of the New Right more than it does normie conservatives. They’d much rather simply be utterly pure in their beliefs and fantasize about being killed by ZOG for it more so than they do actually trying to do work to accomplish anything.

@AigleRoyalK Do you see replenishing glycogen storages quickly after workout important to benefit from the insulin sensitivity/get anabolic benefits?

Draining glycogen fully means you’ll store even more glycogen later, which means you’ll have even more carbs to draw from at rest. If you want to be a carb burner, then you should presumably be seeking to increase carb storage capacity. Exercise does this. Your body supercompensates with virtually every adaptation.

Sedentariness does not mix well with Peating (increased calories, high sugar, low fat). Frankly, I’m not sure how anyone would think it would. I have had Peaters respond to some of my tweets saying “walking is good enough”. Very likely not. Sedentariness and low level of activity means you’re burning like 85% fats. Not Peaty. Sedentariness downregulates hexokinase, the enzyme that locks glucose molecules into cells and reserves them for use of energy. Glycolysis increases in correspondence to physical activity, be it aerobic or not. Anaerobic glycolysis upregulates enzymes that clear lactate quicker. Physical activity increases density of mitochondrial complexes and the mitochondria themselves. If you want your body to be an efficient, predominantly carb burning machine, you need to *make it* burn carbs. Being lazy will not do that.

Aspirin uncouples mitochondria increasing the speed of the metabolism and increasing the amount of heat your body produces. Aspirin shifts your body towards glucose metabolism which over time can feasibly cure diseases like cancer and diabetes.. which are caused by impaired glucose metabolism. Not only that but shifting the body towards glucose metabolism obviously makes the body more efficient at burning glucose.. which provides a performance boost during exercise because when the body needs energy fast it uses glucose. Your body using glucose more efficiently also provides a performance boost by increasing the amount of CO2 your body produces which increases vasodilation, increases the amount of oxygen your blood carries, and is also anti inflammatory decreasing muscle soreness in a few ways.. by fighting general inflammation and also by reducing lactate buildup allowing your muscles to work harder for longer. Aspirin reduces inflammation in a plethora of ways including blocking prostaglandin formation. Aspirin blocks cortisol and adrenaline. Aspirin blocks serotonin. Prolactin. Helps with pain. Like I mentioned before it also helps with blood flow and in large doses has been shown to be as effective for erectile dysfunction as viagra. This is not an exhaustive list of the benefits of aspirin. Far from it. It’s just a few but it just goes to show how many benefits it has because this post barely scratches the surface
