@Alsheikh_eth Please refrain from posting AI slop in response to my tweets. I’ve taken massive amounts of aspirin and my blood still clots very quickly because of my vitamin K intake. I’m speaking from experience

Aspirin uncouples mitochondria increasing the speed of the metabolism and increasing the amount of heat your body produces. Aspirin shifts your body towards glucose metabolism which over time can feasibly cure diseases like cancer and diabetes.. which are caused by impaired glucose metabolism.
Not only that but shifting the body towards glucose metabolism obviously makes the body more efficient at burning glucose.. which provides a performance boost during exercise because when the body needs energy fast it uses glucose. Your body using glucose more efficiently also provides a performance boost by increasing the amount of CO2 your body produces which increases vasodilation, increases the amount of oxygen your blood carries, and is also anti inflammatory decreasing muscle soreness in a few ways.. by fighting general inflammation and also by reducing lactate buildup allowing your muscles to work harder for longer.
Aspirin reduces inflammation in a plethora of ways including blocking prostaglandin formation. Aspirin blocks cortisol and adrenaline. Aspirin blocks serotonin. Prolactin. Helps with pain. Like I mentioned before it also helps with blood flow and in large doses has been shown to be as effective for erectile dysfunction as viagra. This is not an exhaustive list of the benefits of aspirin. Far from it. It’s just a few but it just goes to show how many benefits it has because this post barely scratches the surface

Today we remember a dear friend whose courage and heart never wavered.
She fought with quiet strength and stood firmly for what she believed in. Though she’s no longer with us, her spirit lives on in all of us.

Here is my stance on the State of Israel:
It is a Rothschild operation to try and hijack Christianity and essentially the story of Jesus.
They established some very evil people with a lot of money to systematically destroy the United States of America.
They put a lot of money into their intelligence operation to infiltrate our Country.
They plotted and planned to destabilize and control us through the execution of JFK.
We know what happened there.
They completely overtook our government and American Citizens unknowingly funded the IDF and Mossad and that in turn has killed many many innocent people including women and children.
These people stole the land from Palestine.
There is ZERO argument about this because it is all very well documented.
You're an idiot if you believe otherwise.
Your belief in protecting Israel from the Bible, is 1000% completely different than the State of Israel that was established by the Rothschilds.
The sooner you realize this the better.

BABIES CAN HEAR MOM AT 25 WEEKS BUT CAN'T HEAR DAD UNTIL 30 WEEKS. BABIES WHO HEARD DAD TALKING IN THE WOMB CRY LESS, BREATHE BETTER, AND CALM 50% FASTER FROM STRESS. THOSE FINAL 10 WEEKS OF TALKING DECIDE YOUR BABY'S NERVOUS SYSTEM STABILITY.

Joe Rogan asked David Sinclair: If one meal a day is so effective, why not just eat smaller meals multiple times instead?
Sinclair’s answer cuts deep: Our bodies evolved over millions of years in environments full of adversity — hunger, scarcity, survival. We’ve removed that stress because it feels good, but we actually need it.
When you fast, even briefly, your body flips on “adversity response” genes — what Sinclair calls longevity genes. These ramp up repair, resilience, and disease defense. Eat constantly (breakfast as the “most important meal,” snacks all day), and your body thinks: “I just killed a mammoth. No threats here. Time to reproduce, not invest in long-term survival.”
Constant eating signals safety. Periodic hunger signals: fight harder, repair better, age slower.
A concise, science-backed reminder that comfort might be quietly working against us.
What part of this evolutionary perspective on fasting and longevity hits you hardest — the role of hormesis/adversity, or how modern eating habits might be quietly undermining resilience?

What some voters aren’t getting per polls is that Supreme Court candidate Maria Lazar wouldn’t flip control of the state Supreme Court if she wins. She would just keep SOME balance on it because the court is currently 4.5 liberals out of 7 seats. (.5 because Hagedorn goes both ways.)
Lazar, an appeals court judge supported by many conservatives and who stresses judicial independence, is running against far left former legislator Chris Taylor. They are running for a seat held by a conservative so:
If Lazar wins, the court remains 4.5 radical liberal out of 7 justices.
If radical leftist Taylor wins, the court will be 5.5 radical liberal out of 7. And she will pull it even further to the left because she was one of the most liberal legislators in state history.
The state is purple. Thus, a Lazar victory would keep the court closer in line with the values of Wisconsin voters.
The problem is that some voters are being misled into believing that Lazar would flip control of the court or that Taylor is a moderate. Neither is true.
Current justices
Karofsky: Radical liberal
Dallet: Radical liberal
Protasiewicz: Radical liberal
Crawford: Radical liberal
Hagedorn: Goes both ways
Rebecca Bradley: conservative whose seat Lazar or Taylor would fill
Annette Ziegler: conservative who is retiring after this term
Running
Chris Taylor: radical liberal
Maria Lazar: aligned with conservatives but stresses judicial independence
