Yes could say a 1% additional tax be applied to those that make $15 million or more? Yes. -Studies show, the difference between making 10 million vs 15 million is almost null. -Apply a 1.5% Additional tax if you make 1 billion. 10k per million additional for 1%. -1.5% = 150k per million. So you don't out tax the rich, but man does that add up. Least I provided a concise solution. Not a vague rant.
