@Mr__Kirk The part about being out of depth is my focus Re academy & loans! Would you do it? Would you accept the demotion & pay decrease? Or having experienced the control, would you back yourself, put yourself out there and find an equal position elsewhere? Football is a big place.

@TurtleDaveT Bit harsh. I don’t think Tinnion did a bad job at academy level. But the last few years he’s been out of his depth. Let him stay with the U18’s and loan’s but keep him well away from the first team.

Cato the Elder's method seems rather effective. The end game gets a step closer. NB Tinnion must fall, recruitment needs a full revamp.

Does any other club in the championship have both a technical and sporting director? There's difference and overlap, I get that. But how many have both of something close to both? Is this move progressive or catching up?

Funny they had said this now, when season tickets are due for renewal.. watch them sell season tickets and go back on their word. Do the Lansdown’s think fans believe what they say anymore.

We have a decision to make on what we want to be. Are we going to be a Gegenpress club, whether that be with Struber or his successors. Or are we going to go down a different route? I worry that Jon is a fan of the outdated positional play model...
