We just lived through the hottest decade on record. There’s no Republican or Democrat thermometer: climate change is real.

California is beating its own climate goals ahead of schedule: ✅ Two-thirds of the state grid powered by clean energy ✅ More than 2.5M electric vehicles ✅ 201K public chargers (more than gas nozzles) ✅ 17,000 MW of battery storage (2nd only to China) The cynics said it couldn't be done.

California is suing the Trump Administration for wrongfully repealing the foundation of all federal regulation of climate pollution. The EPA is duty-bound under the Clean Air Act to protect public health and welfare from air pollutants, including greenhouse gases.

In Massachusetts, we’re saying YES to every kind of energy — including geothermal — and to the good jobs and lower bills that come with it.

I’m honored to have the endorsement of the @MDLCV as we continue the work to protect Maryland’s precious natural resources. We’ve taken bold action to sign into law the Chesapeake Bay Legacy Act, secure a $340 million agreement for improvements to the Conowingo Dam, and put hundreds of millions in funding towards projects to reduce pollution, boost clean energy options, and clean our waterways. Together, we’ll keep working to protect Maryland’s environment for the generations to come.
