How do you complain about the best character in the game not being made super ultra betterer by the perks she gets which are all good

@sren1ty_ @RangerJBlue @OWCavalry Kirikoโs perks are mid tho. Urgent care could be added to Kirikoโs base kit and it wonโt make a difference. Read step is so bad that itโs only picked 9% of the time. Itโs objectively USELESS Meanwhile mercy is getting a whole major perk added to her base kit and a new one
