Another tip for the gents, no matter how much luggage you travel with, don’t buy a wheeled suitcase, get a duffel bag and a back pack, if there’s more luggage get two duffel bags. Carry your luggage instead of pushing it, stand in that long queue at the airport with all bags on you, this is great for your full body strength. Always maximise on getting stronger, ALWAYS!!!

@Urthur_Chisan There are guidelines & limitations to restoration works. I will look for it share & it when I get time. I think that's what was used on the CBZ building along Jason Moyo Street.
