To lessen everyone’s anxiety for Day 3 ticket selling, here are a few important reminders: 1. If your account allows you to add up to 4 tickets per day, we highly recommend securing only a maximum of 2 tickets. Adding more may increase the risk of your tickets being cancelled. 2. You may use either a card or QRPH as your payment method. If the payment page does not load properly, do not click the “X” button. Instead, refresh or reload the page up to two times and wait for the payment option to appear. 3. Make sure that pop-ups and redirects are enabled on your browser. Blocking them may prevent the payment process from going through successfully. 4. If the website shows a message saying that your account has been detected or flagged, immediately go to your browser settings, clear your cache and cookies, then log in again before attempting another queue. 5. If the site has been on “Sit Tight” for almost 5 minutes, we recommend going back and trying again. Waiting too long may cause you to lose access to seat selection and send you back to the queue. 6. One device = one queue per day. Please avoid opening multiple queues on the same account or device, as this may trigger the system and affect your chances of securing tickets.
