@MoljacU Mogao bi, a moze i dobiti sedam sa mogućnošću dopusta vikendima nakon odslužene dvije godine. Mislim da je 7-8 godina prosjek za ubistvo u našem pravosuđu.

Prema Krivičnom zakonu Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, to jeste članu 166, predviđena kazna zatvora je minimalno 5 godina, s tim da limita nema. Ako bude osuđen po ovom članu, Adem Šuman bi mogao provesti do 45 godina iza rešetaka a pomagači i do 10 godina.

@arminbuljusmic Velikoj većini odgovara ovakvo stanje. Volimo da je ovako. Krivični zakoni se nisu promjenili od Dejtona pa na ovamo. Prizivamo “hadžijine” zakone.
