We echo @iamCARITAS in calling on the EU to take urgent measures to protect civilians in the #DRC, especially those in the most vulnerable circumstances and those who have been displaced, and to guarantee essential civilian and health infrastructure in accordance with international humanitarian law. The international community and the parties to the conflict must work actively to find lasting peace.
