What a fabulously zany collection of divertissements English Eccentrics is! Everyone has their idiosyncrasies - they just need to be made room for. It was such a privilege to see this pool of talented young artists creating memorable theatre in this @VictorianOpera production.

So, I’d better lap up tonight’s opening performance of @VictorianOpera’s English Eccentrics @UniMelb’s Union Theatre. Given how rarely composer Malcom Williamson’s 1964 work is staged, it’s highly unlikely I’ll get to see it again.
