@VikiStatus Yo pido un reembolso de mi dinero pague suscripción por primera vez para poder ver una serie y no me lo permite solo disfrute de los primeros capítulos y ya no me deja que mal servio y lo peor es que no hay un soporte por parte de la aplicación para colocar la queja

@VikiStatus It’s March 5 and I have not been able to access Our Universe episode 9 for two days and episode 10 today. I have tried all recommended fixes for Roku and my iPad. I know many others are having this problem. Can you please issue an explanation as well as a status update? Thanks

@swiftmixer1989 @VikiStatus Hi! I also have a Samsung TV and the viki app has always been so slow on it... but over the last 24+ hrs a lot of Mainly Japanese (bl's) have no episodes 😑 to click on to watch (🤯)
