From “Unknown” to Trusted Collab Manager — The Real Blueprint Let’s be real — becoming a solid Collab Manager in Web3 isn’t luck. It’s strategy + patience + people skills. 🧵 Here’s the simple but powerful path: ✔️ Start by making friends: Not just connections. Actual friendships. Get active in Web3 communities, help out, and be someone people enjoy working with. This is your foundation. ✔️ Offer value first: Take on small roles like helping gather WL spots or managing community tasks. These early roles build trust and give you real experience to show off later. ✔️ Get used to rejection: Most founders want someone “experienced.” Don’t let that stop you. Apply anyway. You’ll hear “no” a lot — but one “yes” can change everything. ✔️ Track everything: Every person you meet, every collab you manage — write it down. Build a contact list with names and roles. This becomes your biggest asset over time. ✔️ Negotiate smart: As a beginner, you might start with post-mint pay (risky but useful for building your rep). Once you have proof of work, ask for upfront or weekly pay based on results. ✔️ Go the extra mile: Don’t just do the job — do it well. Make your founders’ lives easier. Bring collabs, share updates, and be reliable. That’s how referrals happen. ✔️ Stay humble: Don’t forget the people who helped you rise. Be kind to those just starting. The space moves fast — today’s beginner could be tomorrow’s founder. I started with no network, no experience, just vibes and effort. Now I’ve managed multiple projects, built lasting connections, and learned that consistency wins more than talent alone. Keep grinding. You’ll get there too.

Well said Champ; But I honestly don't understand the hate coming from using AI, Our main priority is playing an outstanding game with AI errors, When there's no error from AI and games running well then I believe the world should even be happier! I literally know a big company utilizing AI but won't come out clean and state with their mouth about using AI but Transparency should be considered 🤔

Thanks for saying this out loud. “As much as people say they don’t like AI, they really don’t have a problem with it as long as the game is well done and fun to play.” I’ve actually experienced this firsthand. Out of pure naivety, I openly mentioned on Reddit that I used AI for visuals — and yeah, that triggered a wave of hate. But if you look closer, most of it wasn’t even real feedback. Just low-effort comments like “AI slop”. And the downvotes didn’t feel organic either — I could clearly see them coming in batches, almost instantly at times. At the same time, there were plenty of people who were genuinely interested, gave thoughtful feedback, and wanted to play more. And honestly, I’m not even against hiring an artist and redoing everything properly. I’m sure it would look better, and if that also calms people down — even better. But the reality is, I just don’t have that option right now. What’s funny is I’m 200% sure big studios are already using AI — and will use it even more. They just don’t talk about it. Believing that companies with resources would ignore a way to save time and money… I’m not that naive. And yet, you don’t see the same people protesting big studios or refusing to buy their games. They still support them financially without a problem. The only place where this energy really shows up is towards small devs — the ones who are already struggling the most. It’s easy to target someone who’s visible, honest, and doesn’t have a PR shield. So yes, the sentiment is still there. But I’m pretty convinced it will fade over time. And more importantly — none of that matters as much as one thing: 👉 making a good game. That’s what I’m focused on. Everything else — we’ll see.

They want this narrative to be true. That gamers reject AI therefore you should not use it. But I haven't seen one game where using AI tanked sales: - They tried to it on Clair Obscure, and gamers kept buying. - They tried it on Crimson Desert. Gamers kept buying. As much as people say they don't like AI, they really don't have a problem with it so long as the game is well done and fun to play. And if you want the truth, everybody is using AI in games already.

In crypto, influence can move markets, but most of it is still poorly measured Likes, followers and impressions do not tell you who actually understands a project, who trusts it, or who can drive real adoption That is where the gap comes in, visibility looks strong, but the real impact is missing What really matters is consistency, credibility, and meaningful engagement over time, not just numbers on the surface @wallchain is part of this shift by focusing on deeper signals of influence Because in Web3, real influence is not just seen, it is felt and acted on

digital reputation in Web3 is not about perception anymore, it is about what you actually do in traditional systems, people rely on followers, titles, or platforms to build credibility. Here, it comes down to your actions, your interactions, your contributions, and your onchain activity every move you make adds to a trackable footprint. It becomes easier to see who is really adding value and much harder to fake credibility another shift is that your reputation is no longer stuck in one place. It becomes something you carry across different ecosystems, giving you more control over your identity @wallchain is part of this shift by focusing on consistency, engagement quality and real impact instead of surface level metrics over time, reputation stops being something you claim and becomes something you earn

building your own onchain command center isn’t just a vibe it’s a cheat code. just saw @TheARCTERMINAL drop modular widgets and this is the direction everything’s heading. no more 15 tabs. no more jumping between dashboards. just one clean interface where everything actually works together. live charts. anima ai. quests. analytics. drag, drop, done built exactly how you think. the real edge? less noise = faster decisions faster decisions = better trades while everyone else is still switching tabs… you’re already executing. lowkey update, highkey game changer. curious how you guys are setting yours up drop screenshots or alpha 👇

The BingX 8th anniversary visual really stands out. Clean, sharp, and easy to notice without doing too much. Feels like a mix of modern crypto style and simple storytelling. Not loud, just confident. Gives that quiet “we’ve grown” vibe. What do you think? #BingXInfin8

Woke up today thinking about how nothing really moves without going through something first. Every idea you see working now at some point, it was tested, stretched, and even doubted before it made sense. Same with systems. They don’t just work out of the box. They get refined through usage, feedback, and people actually showing up and pushing them. And builders? They sit in that phase the longest, adjusting, iterating, and waiting for things to click. That’s the part most people don’t see. Nothing that lasts skips that stage. That’s why I respect what’s happening around @wallchain and @XOOBNetwork. With Wallchain, it’s about consistency being visible. Just showing up, engaging, being present, and having that effort actually count over time. Then XOOBNetwork takes it further, tying everything to real outcomes. Not just activity for the sake of it, but measurable impact. If something doesn’t convert, it doesn’t matter on XOOB. Effort only matters when it’s applied correctly. So today, I’m not overthinking it. I'll just show up with intention, refining the process as I go and letting the results come from execution, not noise. If you’re in this space, stay with it. The ones who keep moving through the process are the ones that eventually break through.

I have been in crypto long enough to be suspicious of anything that uses the word "leverage" and "hold long term" in the same sentence. But BTC-Jr from @FragmentsOrg actually made me stop and read properly. The idea is 1.33x Bitcoin exposure with no liquidation risk and no debt. Not because someone found a loophole, but because the leverage is built from structure. Bitcoin volatility gets split into two tranches internally, so the exposure comes from how capital is organized, not from borrowing against it. No external counterparties. No funding fees bleeding you out. No liquidation threshold hanging over your head while you sleep. For someone who wants more Bitcoin upside without the usual "leverage will eventually wreck you" story, this is genuinely worth understanding. I joined the waitlist. If you do too, there is also a giveaway running in April, 10 random signups get $200 each, $2,000 total up for grabs. Waitlist is here: link.fragments.org/rally
