We understand how inconvenient it is not being able to transfer the data you bought. At the moment, data transfers can only be done between numbers that are on the same price plan. In addition, promotion bundles and special‑offer bundles bought on the VodaPay app cannot be transferred. These types of bundles are locked to the purchasing number and are not eligible for sharing.
If you need to send data to someone else, you would need to buy a standard, non‑promotional bundle for them, or transfer from an eligible bundle on your line.
