NORFOLK ROAD power cut. Lower powered backup radios are carrying traffic for this site and MT HOLDSWORTH customers.

**Service announcement** We are doing network upgrades at our main uplink site in Masterton. This will cause multiple short broadband outages as traffic diverts to our failover site. This is happening on Thursday 11th of January between 2am and 4am

Affected customers connected to other West facing radios. Broadband may be a wee bit slower until we sort the failed radio.

Ponatahi customers. Power cut at this site and some of our batteries up there have ran out. Technician is en-route with a generator. Eta 10am. We will replace batteries when weather permits.

Fault between 07:12 and 07:21 this morning caused most of our fiber connections to our wireless towers to fail. Affected towers failed back to slower wireless only connections all the way back to Masterton. We'll investigate how this can be avoided in future.

Popoiti customers. In preparation for ongoing upgrades to deliver faster broadband, we're replacing UPS and installing PDU (so future UPS replacements won't cause outages) on site today. There should be just one short outage of around 5 mins later this morning. Thanks.
