Annual #WearOrangeDay proclamation & rally, WMHS graduation, and a social justice rap battle/spoken word contest all in our great city of Woburn!

A Sikh student volunteered to bring in turbans, teach us how to tie them, create a poster w/ info & work during all 3 lunches on Mon. 4/14 to spread awareness about his religion & to wrap heads of students or staff.

In addition, Student Leaders Momo M. and Jacoby A. were featured speakers at the latest #KnowYourNeighborWoburn event!

They worked to assemble and distribute #KnowYourRights cards in Spanish, Portuguese & Creole, and this week they are encouraging students & staff to make cards and color pictures for local immigrants, refugees, and asylees!
