@ww_us I joined last week kept getting booted out of the app. Doesn’t scan anything. Contacted customer service twice and was told even though I was only able to use the app effective 1 time I will still be charged through June!!!! I’m surprised as I’ve always trusted ww. Feel scammed

@ww_us I cannot get a hold of a real person. Under Florida law, I have the right to cancel membership within three days. I cancelled it within 10 hours. I had to stop payment. Now I’m getting emails. Please somebody contact me to sort this out. I’ve tried.

@ww_us The “add recipe from the web” feature hasn’t worked in the app for over a week now. I can’t easily figure out points for recipes anymore, and it’s making this hard. If your app isn’t working, your members aren’t successful. My app is fully updated and it’s not working.
