I’m very excited about Xeris. The developer @ZacharyWinkle seems to be one of the most focused and genuinely ballsy developers I have met in a very long time, perhaps ever. He tackles really really complex problems and makes it look easy (when it’s anything but). He has assembled a team of people around him to manage all the bullshit decisions that go with innovating so that he can focus purely on the core product all the time while still maintaining high level decision making authority and discipline. These are all the attributes of natural leadership. Balls and brains are what make great companies. Zach is turning out to be what looks like one of the legendary leaders in tech going forward. Thrilling to watch.
