@stevecarrera You're either giving up a free shot or have to take another penalty to stop the shot. It makes no sense.

Field players needing to be one meter behind a 5M penalty shooter might be the dumbest rule in water polo. We are rewarding a miss. If that rule is going to stay in place, it should be a dead ball if the goalie blocks it.

@h2opologoalie Am I crazy or did they just remove a player from the game for the followthrough on his shooting motion? Ridiculous!

VAR needs to be removed for calls not made live during the game. Use it to determine how flagrant an action was if a call was made. No call then no VAR. I’m biased on the call for USA vs AUS but this HUN vs ITA game is off to a bad start because of VAR.
