@WeavesFF Went on a similar journey this last year myself, my man great work from one producer to another.

@realjeffsimmons Exercise: Treadmill near work area. Started slow and few times a week -> every day (except Sunday) later added weights etc. Food: Protein + same thing for breakfast daily. Protein shake midday. Dinner more free but focused on protein, veg, and healthy portions. Sprite Zero 😄
