Huge thanks to @CityLadiesFC for the friendly today. Some good football and a lot of chances each way, but a couple of left-footed strikes from @lornawilkinson and a sweet run & finish from @meganm_02 secured a 3-0 win. Good luck to @CityLadiesFC for the season!

Finished my first ever triathlon!!! Not sure times yet but about 1hr28, 400m swim|18k bike|5k run. Happy with that! #YorkTriathlon #AnotherSportAnotherMedal #stoked 😀 First 5k race since I finished the Couch 2 5k and it was in a triathlon lol
