Wheeler Swim & Dive

Julia Ahn, Mattie Fannin, Ansley Young, and Mackenzie Garrett were named 6A All State 2nd team! @pegillihan @Wheeler_High

The boys’ swim team finished with some great swims in the 200 free and the 400 free relays. They placed 21st out of 33 teams in the 6A meet. @Wheeler_High @pegillihan

Julia improved her record in the 100 back, Mattie improved her record in the 100 breast. Julia, Mattie, Ansley, and Mackenzie improved their 200 Medley and 200 free relay records. And Ansley broke a 21 year old record in the 100 fly! @pegillihan @Wheeler_High

The girls’ swim team had a great finish to the season. They finished 6th in the state 6A meet (and the only Cobb teams that did better were Lassiter and Allatoona). @pegillihan @Wheeler_High

And Julia A finished 3rd in the IM and broke her own school record! Go Cats! @Wheeler_High @pegillihan

The Girls’ medley relay finished 4th and broke their own record record for a second day in a row! @Wheeler_High @pegillihan
