XTI Aerospace is Going Through A Major Bullish Transformation With Its Acquisition of Drone Nerds, and Unusual Machine’s CEO Immediately Jumped On The Partnership Opportunity XTI Aerospace $XTIA and Unusual Machines $UMAC have a dynamite partnership! Together, they will dominate the US drone industry in each of their respective niches. On 11/12/25, the same day XTIA announced its acquisition of Drone Nerds, UMAC made an equity investment of $25M into XTIA at $1.49 per share. Donald Trump Jr. is an investor and advisor for UMAC. We recently had an interview with the CEO of UMAC, Dr. Allan Thomas Evans, regarding the partnership. Evans told us Drone Nerds is a great company and he rushed to make a sizeable equity investment. Drone Nerds is on a strong growth path with over $55M in revenue in 1H25 and is profitable with about a 9% EBITDA margin. Evans said UMAC will give its drone manufacturer customers incentives if they use Drone Nerds’ services. Evans doesn't put any value on XTIA's previous business of aircraft development, which is mainly its Trifan-600. "The company is basically just Drone Nerds now", he said. "I would drop the previous business." We see XTIA going to $2-$3 this year, depending on the extent of their cost-cutting and Drone Nerds’ revenue growth. $XTIA reached our high $2s price target faster than we expected! Great job guys! I'm not sure why it went up so quickly after hitting $2, their drones aren't being used in the Iran war.

Great news today for $XTIA. The company guided a massive $160M in revenue for 2026. And stated: "XTI expects to achieve positive monthly cash flow approaching $2 million by the end of 2026" If they are able to achieve $20M in earnings per year, at a PE of 20, in a high growth industry, that would put the market cap at $400M! We now forecast the stock to reach closer to the upper end of our $2-$3 range this year. Remember they have about 25M outstanding warrants at $2, so that dilution will be a temporary drag on the share price over $2.50+, but will make them flush with cash.

$PLSE Chief Technology Officer, the guy who is supposed to know the most about PLSE technology, has just filed that he is going to sell his ENTIRE holding, 120K shares.

$PLSE put out a PR on a peer-reviewed publication today. Zacks commented on this publication, stating: PLSE Shares Rise on First-in-Human Data for Thyroid Nodule Treatment The publication underscores nsPFA’s potential to emerge as a differentiated treatment option for patients with benign thyroid nodules. The Zack's report also states: Per a report by Grand View Research, the global thyroid ablation devices market size was valued at USD 168.4 million in 2023 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 9.58% from 2024 to 2030. So let's assume PLSE's differentiated treatment gains traction globally in 3-5 years time, and captures 10% of the global market. That's about $25M per year in revenue. Also according to Grand View Research, the thyroid ablation devices market size in the US is only about $50M. And this is a company currently valued at over $1B!

$PLSE - We're still confident this is one of the best short opportunities in the market today, and it's our biggest short position. It's up a lot on the earnings call from 8/12, but we didn't see much progress there. It will still be a rocky road for a short, so have a good time horizon. But their expenses will be much bigger now with upcoming trials, and they will likely need to do another raise within 3 quarters. Anyone have an idea how much the trials will cost the company? They didn't have specific guidance on that, we're researching it for an updated analysis. There was optimistic reports by management, but they were just anecdotal/hearsay. There's still no published peer-reviewed reports or clinical data on their technology. The only possible positive points we got from the call is they said they will get a little revenue later this year from their soft tissue ablation procedure. However, it still seems to us that their soft tissue ablation route isn't much different from their attempt at dermatology, which was a total failure, but management was extremely positive in the beginning If they could get something going with surgical AF ablation, that is a huge market, but they didn't report any progress there. Vague discussions about partnerships, no info on who they are talking to only "focused on the possibilities of collaborating with a market leader in the electrophysiology space". But no company specifically. We're open to an alternate opinion about this company, but every shareholder we have communicated with hasn't been able to explain why they are bullish. We haven't met a single sophisticated shareholder in this company to provide their bullish view.

We were just told about $BZAI today by Ragnarok Research, which we are subscribing to, and we shorted some today. Their research is compelling, and we believe this company could possibly be a total fraud, and could see 90%+ downside in its currently hefty $300M+ market cap. Shockingly, the analyst just told us that he received death threats from the report. Whoever made the threats is a coward, threatening a 17 year old kid. And these kind of threats further support the bear case. So we decided to republish the report in our Archives section, just in case. We haven't looked at this company thoroughly yet, so it's not a WDR report. Interesting new analyst report on $PLSE yesterday. It was titled: Pulse Biosciences: nsPFA—Platform Technology with Multiple Shots on Goal; Initiating with Outperform and $22 PT -- Oppenheimer OK, so a $1B market cap company has "multiple shots on goal"? Not a good risk/reward investment with an already crazy high market cap in our opinion.

A winning day for WDR. $PLSE stock has dropped and an executive announces he's selling shares. $AUID has fallen to its $4.50 offering price from 3/31/25.

I don't consider this a short report on $AYTU. It's just a quick trade, based on a singular, key piece of info that we are sharing with the market that we think a lot of people aren't familiar with.
