I am so PROUD of you. Words cannot express how absolutely proud I am of you and all you’ve accomplished, worked for, grinded for, and keep striving for. I’m so proud. But I’ve never been more proud of you than I am in this moment for you to take a step back and evaluate YOUR needs, your mental and physical health, and then act on what you need to be healthy and proud of yourself as well. As a manager, we all hope to guide talents to do this. As a friend, we push and support each other to be the healthiest and best version we can be. To get the honor to be both in this situation—my pride exceeds my joy. Take all the time you need. We will be here when you get back. 💜

Take the break. It's one thing I have done consistently as I've gotten older. Being in this business really takes it's toll on your mental and yet we're so quiet about it as creators. This industry does run on fear (fomo, numbers etc), but it's so important to take a step back when it becomes too much. Do the things you like and have fun. Numbers are great but if you aren't feeling it, your community can tell. Sometimes the best things in life are just enjoying yourself, your community and friends. No one is promised tomorrow. It's important to reclaim your soul every once in awhile from the analytics monster. Your joy is irreplaceable. Enjoy the everyday <3 Everyone will be here for you when you're back Zen.

Just a small vent : Was hoping to be my best this year, and every time I just end up getting into my head. Super honest, lately I started focusing on the numbers game. I treat this like a job, and I work hard on trying to push them up. So much as to where I do an 8 hour stream on Twitch then 4 hours on Youtube seperate. Figuring out what is next to do. How to best incorporate new and fun content cause I hate react content. I just focused on it too much and I just looked at myself today for a brief moment and saw I was so miserable. I looked so tired and I am sure my community noticed it too, so I am so sorry. Taking these next few days off to just breathe and reevaluate my priorities. A reminder to Content Creators, looking at those numbers all the time is not good for your health at all. It will make you so miserable that you lose sight of making content for fun. Make sure you have fun cause you got given a amazing opportunity lots of people give up their world for. Don't turn it into something you start hating. Take a break when you need to and go outside and listen to the birds and bee's and think on ideas you've been wanting to do and just breathe.
