We have reached an important Arrangement between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on defense cooperation. The document was signed ahead of our meeting with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. It lays the foundation for future contracts, technological cooperation, and investment. It also strengthens Ukraine’s international role as a security donor.
We are ready to share our expertise and systems with Saudi Arabia and to work together to strengthen the protection of lives. Now into the fifth year, Ukrainians are resisting the same kind of terrorist attacks – ballistic missiles and drones – that the Iranian regime is currently carrying out in the Middle East and the Gulf region. Saudi Arabia also has capabilities that are of interest to Ukraine, and this cooperation can be mutually beneficial.
We also discussed the situation in the Middle East and the Gulf region as a whole, Russia’s assistance to the Iranian regime, developments in fuel markets, and potential energy cooperation.

The USA has started using remote-controlled cluster bombs for strikes on Iran.
Residents of Shiraz, Iran, report a large number of casualties among the civilian population after American aircraft dropped dozens of anti-tank and anti-personnel mines of the BLU-91 type (pictured).
According to preliminary information, these are free-fall aerial bombs CBU-89/B (version for the Air Force) and CBU-78/B (version for the Navy).
For example, one CBU-89/B aerial bomb carries up to 94 mines, and the version for naval aviation - up to 60 pieces.

NATO hits the mark: defense spending reaches record $1.4 trillion
All NATO members have reached the 2% of GDP defense spending target for the first time, with total spending rising to $1.4 trillion, according to Euractiv.
In 2025, alliance spending exceeded $1.4 trillion, up from $1.3 trillion the year before. Europe and Canada increased defense budgets by 20% in real terms, reaching a record $574 billion, with 34% directed toward arms procurement. They now account for about 41% of NATO’s total spending, while the rest comes from the United States.
The highest shares of GDP were recorded in Poland (4.3%), Lithuania (4%), Latvia (3.74%), and Estonia (3.42%). The United States stands at 3.19%.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called 2025 a “watershed” year and said allies should move toward a new 5% of GDP target by 2035 and ramp up arms production.

4 Grad Systems Launched a "Partisan Raid" near Slavyansk The Russian army's offensive on the northeastern flank of the Slavyansk front is progressing every day. However, the advance of the infantry is being hampered by a significant number of enemy drones in the sky. Hundreds of fpv drones, "wings" and other "surprises" await our soldiers on the battlefield and the transport arteries leading to it. To support the offensive and ensure the safety of our troops at the approaches to the front, Donbass units conducted a unique artillery operation. Despite the colossal threat from the sky, four BM-21 Grad systems simultaneously hit the enemy's command node, from where the drones were launched and their operations were coordinated. This is a rare case in modern warfare when such a large number of vehicles are deployed simultaneously for a combat mission. Exclusive details of the planning and execution of the "Partisan Raid" operation can be seen in our report for "First Channel", very soon.

General Syrsky claims that Russia now has the capability to produce approximately 19,000 FPV drones per day. This would total 7 million annually.
Additionally, he claims that Russia is now going to increase the size of its unmanned branch, from 80,000 -> 100,000 servicemen.
