Here for entertainment news, videogames and film—which are the main things I post about. I’m selective and expect quality, but I enjoy all kinds of genres. I gravitate toward media crafted with care, depth, and strong storytelling. I have my own views but respect everyone else's.

@F13thFranchise I hope it stays true to the source material without leaning too hard on nostalgia. Good pacing. Memorable kills without drifting into torture porn nonsense. A Harry Manfredini-style score. Memorable, likable characters with depth, not just a body count.

What are your expectations for Season 1 of Crystal Lake?

Finally unlocked the Nahantu Tiger as a mount in Diablo IV. Also got a little polar bear that collects loot for me. Two of my favorite animals, now fighting by my side against the forces of hell. #DiabloIV

@nemuriforest When Sephiroth says "But through suffering, you will grow strong", it implies he knows Cloud will overcome everything and grow stronger. Ironically, while he sometimes calls Cloud a puppet, Sephiroth himself is the puppet of fate, ensuring Cloud becomes what he is meant to be.

After Cloud mentions the Ancients, a memory of Sephiroth bleeds into reality The script reveals his voice is filled with madness but when he appears, he’s calm, ominous and almost transcendent He reinforces Cloud’s failure, rejects acceptance and pushes him to embrace suffering

I'm a fan, not a fanboy. There's a difference. I support what I like whether it's games or movies, but I will thoughtfully criticize it if it deserves criticism. I won't sacrifice my integrity to please the crowd.

Memory: 2004. I bought DRAGON QUEST VIII: Journey of the Cursed King on PS2—a $50 game—just for the FFXII demo. I tried DQ8 but dropped it because the gameplay felt so different from FF games. I regret it now; I should've been more open-minded. ⏩ I became a DQ fan later.

Memory: In 2001, I bought FINAL FANTASY X before even owning a PS2. My best friend got his PS2 first, so I went to his house almost every day—a two-hour drive, by the way—just to be able to play it. A few weeks later, my Pa finally got me my own PS2. 😌 #FinalFantasyX

@Rawameriwani I've played them since the PSone era, across multiple consoles, but since I wanted to create a list showing the ones I enjoyed the most, I had to sacrifice a lot of games. Regardless, my love for Final Fantasy has never wavered. 🙂

@WolfmanAlphaX He’s the grandfather of the twins that are still part of the main cast. He sacrifices himself to destroy the giant Bahamut that was unleashed on the world by the empire that destroyed the 1.0 version of Eorzea into the 2.0 version (YoshiP’s)

Final Fantasy XIV online is my gaming refuge. When it eventually ends, it’ll leave this huge void. NOT looking forward to that.

@Cheese5514 @BDisgusting Chucky goes back into a doll. Transfers his soul to Alice. Goes back to doll. Transfers his soul to Nica. Chucky is "dying" in doll form, but gets into a new doll. Repetition. My comment simply said that I'm out of the fandom, not that people should stop being Chucky fans.

While we wait for CHUCKY's return... Chucky: The Complete Series just won Best Television Home Media Release at the Saturn Awards! Released last year, the Blu-ray set features all three seasons of Don Mancini's television series.
