Camden County Deputy Christi Newman almost got away with it...until she didn’t!
After she brutalized a handcuffed woman and lied in her report, her department actually named her "Deputy of the Month." They gave her an award while her victim was still healing from a concussion.
The cover-up worked until the victim’s father got his hands on the dashcam footage. He didn't just get mad, he filed a massive lawsuit that exposed the lies.
Once the GBI saw the truth, the "awards" stopped. Newman was fired, indicted on 6 counts, and sent to prison for 5 years.
It took a father’s determination to turn a "Deputy of the Month" into a convicted felon.

🚨🚨 Breaking: A woman in Muskegon Heights, Michigan has gone viral after she managed to wiggle her way out of a police cruiser window while fully handcuffed and took off running down the street.
Bystander and bodycam footage shows her squeezing through the back window as officers were just steps away — she hit the ground running and disappeared before they even realized she was gone.
