@filbers @Raziel_Cohen @Eyall1yd מבחינה היסטורית לביבוש זה לא הפריע ללכת לבחירות (ועובדה שרוב הכנסות האחרונות לא השלימו את כהונתן) מוקדמות כאשר התנאים היו בשלים לכך. הסיבה העיקרית שלא היו בחירות עד עכשיו נובעות מכך שהוא היה ועודנו בעמדה של חולשה. ואגב, אם המצב היה הפוך ומישהו אחר היה בשלטון הוא היה דורש בחירות.

@Wunderbaerr @nonregemesse Their families have lived there for hundreds of years. My family came to America in 1610; but I'm not indigenous. Israel has existed since 1947 and its constantly claiming new territory every day. Again you equate events from distant history to what's being done right now.

@Wunderbaerr @nonregemesse You're literally responding to a post that cites a genetic study that shows modern Israelis aren't related to biblical Hebrews; but the Palestinians are. They're Europeans, they aren't the indigenous population. You've got no leg to stand on.

@implodinggoat @nonregemesse Israel IS the decolonization. The indigenous people reclaimed their land from successive empires, Roman, Arab, Ottoman, British. If Palestinians of Jewish origin want to truly decolonize, they're welcome to rediscover what was there before the Arab conquest too.

@Wunderbaerr @nonregemesse I wouldn't say equating the relevance of violence committed 1300 years ago to violence committed yesterday is particularly logical; but hey I'm not muslim, I'm perfectly fine with denouncing the muslim conquests as well as modern Israel's conquests.

@nonregemesse Yeah that's why the acronym INRI includes Iudaeorum = (of the Jews lol). The word Philistines comes from the Hebrew root for invaders which is what the Jews called the Sea People who were likely from somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea. Arabs, OTOH, are colonizers from Arabia.
