Gareth Mnisi you are way too arrogant and rude and when you reply to Adv Matthew Chaskalson SC in a condescending tone .To start with you can never give advice to anyone regarding a tender process or anything that relates to City of Tshwane .A CFO giving advice to🤣🤣🤣 a company that is bidding for a tender worse he says he will adjudicate.

The war on Starlink will be recorded as a pathetic, embarrassing chapter in the history of governance. There is no rational economic or technical justification for this blockade, only the stench of political insecurity. It reveals a nauseating truth, that politicians will gladly trade the progress of millions to massage their own egos and protect parasitic state monopolies and extortion systems. History will judge it as a cold blooded, deliberate act of sabotage against the future of an entire generation.

🚨SHOCKING: THE CONCENTRATION OF BENEFITS IN SOUTH AFRICA’S BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT POLICY‼️ Since 1994, over R1 trillion has been transferred through BEE mechanisms to fewer than 100 politically connected individuals and families‼️This is a small recurring group linked to ANC structures, trade unions, and government positions benefiting, rather than delivering broad-based economic transformation. R1 trillion has been moved between under 100 people. The same people have been empowered and re-empowered over and over‼️ Cyril Ramaphosa (via Shanduka Group): Shanduka participated in multiple BEE-linked investments in mining, banking (including Standard Bank) and other sectors. The group reached a valuation exceeding R20 billion at its peak, Ramaphosa’s stake sale in the 2015 Shanduka-Pembani merger was estimated in the range of $200–300 million (approx. R2–4 billion at the time). Patrice Motsepe (via Ubuntu-Botho consortium): Contributed R200 million in the 2004 Sanlam BEE transaction, which generated an estimated R8 billion+ in value/profit for his participation upon maturity (one of the largest returns in early BEE financial services deals). Tokyo Sexwale: Involved in major BEE deals including R13 billion tender-related and Absa Batho Bonke consortium (part of R2.3 billion Absa stake). Mvelaphanda Holdings secured significant mining and finance BEE equity. Saki Macozoma (Safika Holdings): Key player in R5.4 billion Standard Bank and Liberty BEE deal (2004), one of SA’s largest at the time. Safika also in Tutuwa Consortium for R4.3 billion Standard Bank stake. Bridgette Radebe (Motsepe family): Pioneer in mining BEE; vast deals through Mmakau Mining and family-linked consortia (tied to multiple Anglo and other mining empowerment structures). Phuthuma Nhleko (Pembani Group): Major telecom and mining BEE deals, including MTN structures and later Shanduka merger (portfolio value over R9–11 billion range in deals). 🔥MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, Standard Bank, Liberty and Sanlam BEE consortia repeatedly featured the same small circle. 🔥Dozens of politically connected individuals in Anglo American, Exxaro, Kumba, Seriti Resources deals worth hundreds of millions to billions each. Many entered with minimal initial capital but gained massive equity via political access and preferential terms. 🔥This isn’t broad-based empowerment, it’s elite capture benefiting a tiny connected group while the majority of South Africans struggles‼️‼️

Dear General Masemola General Mkhwanazi and General Khumalo. We have heard people calling you criminals at the parliamentary hearings of the AdhocCommittee. We have been perturbed everytime the likes of Paul O'Sullivan would label you as criminals. We have seen those implicated in criminal activities celebrating in their WhatsApp conversations when IDAC arrested General Khumalo. General Mkhwanazi testified that you, General Masemola, were apparently supposed to have been arrested also last year, but it didn't happen. Whenever one of you is faced with some onslaught, they send each other messages saying "Ziyakhala". We know, General Masemola, that there is a narrative that says since Democratic South Africa, no Black National Commissioner has completed their term, they have always been removed because of corruption. They are targeting you to fulfill that prophesy and narrative. We refuse to accept that George Fivas was the only one who finished his term, beyond him, Black National Commissioners are corrupt. We are invested in the Madlanga Commission processes as ordinary citizens Generals, because we want the truth, we want to see the cleansing of our Criminal Justice System, we want Justice to be served for victims of crime, and we want to live in a safe South Africa. We will not give you a blank cheque. We will also hold you accountable where necessary. However, we are guarding against falling into traps of those who are fighting against your efforts to clean SAPS. We are not gullible, neither are we stupid. We can discern and make up our minds having seen how you all handles yourselves when probed under scrutiny and under oath at the Commission and the Adhoc Committee. We have heard and watched your testimonies, and satisfied ourselves with evidence you presented to the Commission. We await the final reports and recommendations of course. As you prepare for court on Tuesday 21 April 2026, we will be watching with keen interest. We give you the benefit of the doubt. General Mkhwanazi and Khumalo, we rely on you to support the National Commissioner. After all, you are the last Motherfuckers standing! We shall overcome. 🫡 #MadlangaCommission
