Congrats, @YorktownHighSch student, Casper Y, whose design was selected for the Yorktown Luminary Festival ornament! She’ll be recognized Sat. during the Lighted Tractor Parade. Artist Molly Schaller produced the ornaments, which can be purchased during the festival for $15.
