Everyone tells you to hire out the day-to-day work so you can focus on “higher leverage” / “needle-moving”tasks like opening new channels, switching payment providers, or fixing the supply chain etc
I completely understand the advice. I’ve been operating at that level for a while now. But making the shift from working in the business to working on the business has been surprisingly difficult.
These days I’m only working 1–3 hours a day at most. The business is still growing thanks to my team and the higher leverage tasks ive been performing , yet I can’t shake the feeling that I’m being lazy because I’m no longer putting in the long hours I used to.
Is this normal?
To other brand owners who have already made this transition, what advice would you give me?

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 150
Absolutely locking tf in. Haven't eaten today, been grinding all day. Setup another store and transferred the pixel and relaunched ads going to that store. Dialling in on natives on Store #2, and setting up a third party processor so I am NEVER in that position again.
Scripted high intent ads today, launched some statics and found a SHIT ton of winning ads which I broke down and took inspo from. Launched two batches of natives for the main store, and noticed I get a lot of sales in the morning and during midday-afternoon I get no sales.
Launched another product for tomorrow, going to see how that does, and read break through advertising for 20 mins. Need to get through this book ASAP. God is testing my faith atm, and I need to trust Him.

My ad accounts got disabled, using a new ad account not spending the budget I am not sure if the ad account is in usd
This is new ad account so I have upload the ads all again, pretty fucking annoying, but I am gonna save the camp and add to other ad account once the camp hits 100 purchases
Right now, daily revenue is fluctuating between $300 and $600. I just need to maintain consistency moving forward.

Wassup guys, the profit margins wasn’t bad thinking of increasing my product price but idk we will see how the performance does.
Lowkey thinking of making a landing page and see how that does lot of people talk about landing pages and how it’s really good.
Added subscriptions today we currently sitting at 3K/Month Mrr, tryna hit 10K mrr but every time I run mrr I get the shittest cvr and cpa idk but it’s profitable on the backend, probably skill issue.
Gonna test a 2nd product and see how that does and try to get it to 1K days soon as I can🤞

@YPThe3rd Ads getting banned is annoying, but that’s part of the game
If the offer’s still converting, the fastest bounce back is duplicating winners with new creatives + fresh hooks, not just new ad accounts.
Platforms ban ads, not demand.
Keep shipping, keep testing
