If people would take the time to learn the difference between how Scripture uses a term and how you use it in your everyday experience, a lot of confusion would disappear. When Hebrews 4:15 says Jesus was tempted in every way we are, yet without sin. People read that and immediately map their own experience onto Him. Our temptations arise from a fallen nature, disordered passions, internal pulls, and a will already bent toward sin. So the assumption becomes that Jesus must have had the same inner experience as us in order to genuinely sympathise with ours or be โ€œtruly human.โ€ He didnโ€™t. Jesus has no fallen nature. There is no disordered appetite in Him, no internal constituency that sin could appeal to. The incarnation does not require that to be real. Impeccability isnโ€™t a deficiency in His humanity. So what is Hebrews actually saying if it doesnโ€™t mean temptation in the modern usage. It means Jesus faced the full external force of temptation of what it means to be a human, deprivation, suffering, betrayal, physical agony, the sustained pressure to abandon obedience to His Father and He bore all of it. That means He sympathises with your weakness, your hurt, your betrayal, your tiredness, your thirst and hunger. And He does so as your great High Priest.โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹ And before someone says He had to feel the pull toward lust, theft, or deception to truly be human, that is not what Hebrews is saying and it fundamentally misunderstands both the text and what humanity was designed to be. Disordered passions are not a feature of humanity, they are a consequence of the fall. Adam for example, before the fall was truly human without them just as Jesus, the last Adam, was truly human without them. The desire to steal, to lie, to lust. these are not marks of genuine humanity, they are the marks of fallen humanity. Ordered passions rightly directed toward God and neighbor are what humanity was made for. Jesus had those perfectly. Jesus could have appreciated the beauty of a woman (after all He made her) without that being sinful any more than appreciating a sunset is sinful. However could He have been tempted to โ€œdesireโ€ a woman. No. His telos was never an earthly marriage. He came for His bride the church. If this helped you, please do share it.

The things Paul the Apostle avoided as a minister, even though they would have made his ministry โ€œsuccessful,โ€ are exactly what many ministers today are doing and celebrating as โ€œworking.โ€ In Corinth, for example, they expected Paul to be an elite, grandiose philosopher. A celebrity. They valued high-sounding mystical rhetoric, letters of commendation, a grand personality, and an imposing presence. This approach would have worked perfectly in elitist Corinth, a city obsessed with status and appearance. But Paul refused. He told them he did not come with lofty speech or human wisdom. He made it clear he did not need letters of recommendation like other traveling philosophers. He even worked with his hands, something considered degrading for a teacher in that culture. Paul could have played to the expectations of the Corinthians and built a large, impressive ministry. But he chose the opposite of what his environment demanded. Today, many preachers are doing exactly what their audience wants, and it is โ€œworking.โ€ A soft pastor who avoids confronting sin. Church events built around trending music ministers. An image of grandeur displayed through exotic cars. A focus on prestigious invitations and public visibility. An increasing emphasis on material accumulation. All these things will attract a crowd, retain a crowd, and spread a name. But that kind of ministry is built on human wisdom, and that is exactly what Paul rejected in Corinth. Those who followed him did so because they wanted God, not a celebrity preacher. I hope someone reads this, reflects deeply, and asks: What foundation am I building on? Godโ€™s wisdom or manโ€™s wisdom? Because the latter leads to death. I can assure you of that. May God help our preachers. Amen.

Pewbeam is live ๐ŸŽ‰ This was just a dream, a dream I didnโ€™t even know was possibleโ€”but I decided to pursue it anyway. Today, that dream is now a reality. We have a desktop app (Windows and macOSโ€”this weekend) that can do all of this and even more. Over the last six months, Iโ€™ve pushed myself and my team hard, and Iโ€™ve seen people become hopeful and genuinely blessed by this product. Iโ€™ve received strong support from pastors, church members, techies, and several media houses and reporters. It has been a great honor to spend myself on something worthwhile. Weโ€™ve built an AI-native presentation app that displays relevant scriptures on screen in under 80 ms, without needing a volunteer. Weโ€™re starting with scriptures, but weโ€™re growing into a comprehensive presentation software, with slides launching next month. From testing @pewbeam_ai in churches over the last four weeks, pastors have been able to focus on what matters instead of juggling or micromanaging the media team while preaching. Church members have been able to follow their pastorโ€™s references in real time and take better notes. In the words of a member from one of the test churches: โ€œPewbeam changed the way I follow sermons in church completely.โ€ This is the kind of impact I see Pewbeam having on peopleโ€™s faith and on how church and worship are done. Pewbeamโ€™s mission is to ensure the Church is not left behind in the AI era. Weโ€™re starting with this application, with many more to come in the next few months. Weโ€™ll keep working with stakeholders in the Christian faith, collect feedback, and build tools that better support discipleship. And unlike previous waves of technology, I believe we can be among the first movers in this AI revolution. With all that said, the final build of the app is ready, and weโ€™re launching for public download on February 25, 2026. The app has a generous free tier for small churches and fellowships, and a paid plan (location-based pricing) that unlocks unlimited access to all features. If youโ€™ve been following this journey, I appreciate you, and I assure you it will be worth it. Please download, subscribe, and use in your church.

๐Ÿšจ Do you understand what just happened.. the owner of OnlyFans just died at 43.. Leonid Radvinsky.. the man made $3 billion off a platform where other people sell themselves.. he took 20% of every transaction.. every video.. every message.. every tip.. while creators fought algorithms and chargebacks and deplatforming threats just to make rent.. he sat at the top collecting a cut of their bodies.. and everyone called him a "tech founder".. the man wasn't a tech founder.. he was the most successful middleman in history.. and the wildest part.. OnlyFans was profitable from day one.. no VC money.. no IPO.. because when your business model is taking a fifth of what someone earns from their own skin.. you don't need investors.. you need creators desperate enough to not ask questions.. he had $3 billion and still couldn't beat cancer at 43.. what exactly are we all racing toward.

People who argue that we should return to African traditions before the arrival of Christianity often overlook the fact that their current sense of morality has already been shaped by Christian influence. In doing so, they take for granted the extent of human wickedness, largely because they are unaware of what many societies were like before Christianity took root.
