@yesware How can I change this from GMT by default to PST? Tried answering my own question via the Knowledge Base and googling but no luck.

All automated emails from Campaigns and Mail Merge initiated yesterday have been sent, and almost all users should no longer see delays for those sent today. The small percentage of users still seeing delays should expect for these delays to cease by the end of the day.

Automated emails from Campaigns and Mail Merge are now being sent. Automated emails initiated yesterday will be the first to send, followed by those initiated today. There will be a slight delay as the backlog is processed.

Automated emails from Campaigns and Mail Merge are slated to start sending shortly, starting with those that were initiated during yesterday's downtime. An update will be provided when these emails begin going out.

Yesware operations has detected an issue preventing the display of open events and the automatic syncing of send and reply events to Salesforce (for emails sent today). Yesware is currently working on a resolution and expects one to be deployed within the next few hours.

This weekend's Yesware scheduled maintenance is complete.

Yesware will be conducting routine maintenance and service will be temporarily unavailable from 11p-11:59p ET on Friday, March 15, and from 4p-5p ET on Saturday, March 16.

Yesterday's (12/18) Activity Feed rendering issue is resolved. Note that tracking information from the period is available (put another way, was not lost). Our apologies for the inconvenience and please don't hesitate to reach out (Support@Yesware.com) with any questions.

A temporary fix has been pushed for today's (12/18) Activity Feed rendering issue, and activity should now be visible (we recommend refreshing your inbox to ensure your Activity Feed is updated). We will continue to work on a permanent fix and apologize for any inconvenience.

Starting at 1pm ET today (12/18), some users began experiencing poor performance in Yesware's Activity Feed. Specifically, tracking activity is not populating or is taking meaningful time to render. Yesware is currently investigating and will post to this page when resolved.

The Mail Merge and Campaigns features are working as expected now.

We're currently investigating reports of delays with Campaign and Mail Merges emails. Our team is looking into this with urgency. Updates to follow.

Update: The issue is now resolved. Users should be able to move through the "To Do" cards on the Campaigns Sidebar and see reply/opens/etc engagement on the Campaigns Interactions overview.
